How to Contact Hermes (Parcel Delivery)

Method 1 Method 1 of 3: Using the Chat Feature
  1. 1 Talk to Holly, the digital assistant. Go to https://new.myhermes.co.uk/before-you-get-in-touch.html and click the blue robot icon in the bottom right of the screen. This will open the live chat window. Here, you can talk to Holly or a customer service representative in real time. If it's not that urgent you can even use Holly to send an email and the relevant team will be in touch.
    • Don’t include any payment details, credit card numbers, or passwords in your inquiry.
    • You can upload an attachment in the form of a picture or scanned document if you have questions about a specific label or shipping item.
    • Holly is available 24/7, but representatives are only available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (BST) Monday through Saturday.

Tip: Look at the frequently asked questions before sending a general question. Hermes includes a lot of general information in the help tab and you may not need to wait for a response if your answer is there.

  2. 2 Wait for a reply from Holly or a customer service representative. After your message is received, you will get a reply from Holly or the customer service team and you will be able to chat to get your question answered.
Method 2 Method 2 of 3: Using Social Media
  1. 1 Write on the Hermes Facebook wall or comment on one of their posts. You can search for Hermes in the Facebook search bar or go directly to https://www.facebook.com/Hermesparcels/ to find their company page. You can either post publicly on their wall, or comment on any of their recent posts. An employee will respond and either help you out on the spot or refer you to someone who will.
  2. 2 Tweet or send direct messages to @Hermesparcels on Twitter. Hermes operates a Twitter profile with the same frequency as their Facebook page, so you can message them directly or tag them in a tweet to get their attention. An employee will reach out to you in a direct message and help you with your question or concern.

Tip: The Hermes Twitter page and Facebook page have identical posts at identical time intervals, so both social media platforms will be equally effective at getting a response.

Method 3 Method 3 of 3: Calling Hermes
  1. 1 Reach customer service by calling 0330 808 5456. Follow the automated menu system and enter any account or parcel information. Once you get to speak with a customer service representative, you may need to present your package’s tracking number and your Hermes account details to verify your identity.
    • Customer service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (BST) Monday to Saturday.

Tip: If you aren’t in the United Kingdom, dial 01144 before entering the phone number.

  2. 2 Track packages by using the online Hermes tracking tool. You can follow your parcel every step of the way at https://new.myhermes.co.uk/track.html.
  3. 3 Visit the business account page if you have a business inquiry. You can contact them if you have a question about your account, your membership in one of their benefit programs, or for any other business inquiry.
