Making the Kulfi
- 1 Blend all the ingredients in your blender.
- 2 Pour the mixture into a large container.
- 3 Freeze it for 24 hours.
- 1 Soak the basil seeds in water for two hours.
- 2 Drain the water out of the basil seeds.
- 3 Boil the vermicelli, drain the water out of it, and let it cool for some time(it's best to refrigerate it by putting it in a container and snapping its lid in place so it won't get stiff by cooling).
- 4 Place three glasses on your countertop. You'll need to divide your ingredients in thirds.
- 5 Add the vermicelli.
- 6 Scoop some kulfi into the glasses.
- 7 Sprinkle the basil seeds in.
- 8 Pour the rose syrup.
- 9 Pour the milk as well.
